Senior Director 2, Enterprise Solution Delivery

• • Lead our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) architecture and development efforts
• • Convert business requirements into automated and scalable EPM workflows
• • Own end-to-end architecture, design, and development for Oracle Cloud EPM modules
• • Drive hands‑on build‑out of advanced Calculation Manager rules and automation
• • Engineer data integration pipelines using Data Management / Data Integration
• • Partner directly with CFO and senior Finance leadership
• • Establish technical standards, metadata governance, and environment lifecycle management
• • Oversee integration strategy between EPM modules and ERP systems
• • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EPM developers and analysts

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in EPM/CPM system implementation
• 7+ years in a senior architecture and/or leadership role
• Deep technical mastery building Oracle Cloud EPM solutions
• Advanced proficiency with Calculation Manager, Groovy, SQL, and automation
• Experience designing and supporting EPM data integrations
• Exceptional communication skills
