Senior Digital Twin Program Manager

Leading the delivery of a real-time simulation platform, the full-time Senior Digital Twin Program Manager will define project scope, manage dependencies, and coordinate engineering efforts while working remotely or from the Cary, North Carolina office. Key responsibilities Own the program plan for the Digital Twin Platform, defining scope and goals with engineering leads and stakeholders Plan and prioritize delivery schedules while making trade-offs between simulation fidelity, performance, and release commitments Act as the central point of contact for technical and business issues, participating in design reviews and translating constraints for stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred Minimum 8 years of combined experience in software engineering and technical program management, including 3 years managing large-scale software programs Hands-on experience delivering real-time 3D or simulation applications in Unreal Engine or a comparable engine Working knowledge of simulation fundamentals, including physics modeling and sensor simulation Demonstrated record of delivering multi-team software programs on schedule and managing scope, dependencies, and risks
