Leading the evolution of Cotopaxi.com, the full-time Senior Digital Product Manager will manage the digital product roadmap, enhance site operations, and leverage customer insights to optimize the eCommerce experience in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the digital product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement site enhancements Lead day-to-day site operations and content management, optimizing customer journey and conversion rates Analyze eCommerce performance data to identify trends and inform roadmap priorities for continuous site improvement Required qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital product, or site operations with a proven track record in leading digital initiatives Strong expertise in eCommerce and digital product strategy, utilizing customer insights and analytics for decision-making Experience with SEO and AI-driven search technologies, including knowledge of AEO/GEO Technical fluency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and establish workflows
