As a Senior Product Manager, you'll develop new experiences that will not only transform the business but will shape our digital future. This role will lead growth-oriented product initiatives across app, web, account, and loyalty-related experiences, helping customers discover, access, and engage with 7-Eleven digital services more seamlessly.

The Senior Product Manager will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Loyalty, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver customer-centered digital experiences that support enterprise digital priorities. The ideal candidate is a data-informed product leader with strong customer empathy, sound product judgment, and experience building scalable consumer digital experiences.Responsibilities40% Strategy & PlanningSeeks to empathize with and understand the end user deeply and use that knowledge to determine the fastest path to deliver valueTranslates business goals and end user needs into product strategy for growth-oriented experiences; communicates direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners.Own product capabilities that support seamless account experiences, customer recognition, and loyalty-related connectivity.Define and evolve Web as an effective digital entry point that improves discoverability, customer education, and connection to broader digital engagement.Use customer insights, performance trends, experimentation, and research to guide prioritization and product decisions.Ensures that product directions balance both the user needs and business goals of driving sales, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction40% Delivery & ExecutionWorks with user research and testing team to formulate, test and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testingCreates, prioritizes and accepts user stories; incorporates them into release planningMakes product decisions that drive value on a daily basis.Identifies and considers pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value associated with features and enhancementsLeads and mentors the team in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives.Condenses complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders20% Team & StakeholderFosters collaboration with team members (Engineering, UX, etc.) to drive value and identify and resolve impedimentsActs as a proponent of modern agile development practicesAdvocates for the end user and stakeholder by becoming associated with the product, empathizing with and understanding user needsWorks with the product team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next stepsManages cross functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy and provides education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experienceGuides more junior team members in strategy, alignment, analysis and execution tasksParticipates in and contributes to learning activities around modern agile design and development core practices (communities of practice)Participates in talent acquisition, development and retention activities in support of teamBasic QualificationsBachelors Degree5+ years of experience in digital/agile product management.Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success measures for digital customer experiences.Strong analytical and customer discovery skills, with experience using insights and performance data to inform product decisions.Significant experience working with design and engineering - working with full stack teams and an understanding of APIs and Microservices architecture to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.Preferred QualificationsBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.MBA or Masters degreeExperience in retail, loyalty, restaurant, e-commerce, particularly in launching customer experiences.* Position is onsite and based in Irving TX.* Position not eligible for sponsorship
