Join a high-impact team delivering immersive Guest experiences across attractions, food & beverage, lodging, ticketing, merchandise, and more — including integration with platforms like MagicBand and eCommerce Room & Ticketing.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and champion the Guest journey across digital platforms, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences.Translate strategic vision into clear user stories, business requirements, and testable deliverables.Partner closely with design, development, and content teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.Lead technical product configuration and optimization of complex ticketing systems.Manage web/mobile content operations, updates, and CMS integrations.Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, and Tech teams to launch impactful Guest-facing features.Define key metrics, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvements.Maintain end-to-end accountability throughout the product lifecycle and stakeholder alignment.What We’re Looking For12+ years of hands-on experience in digital product management with a strong technical foundation.Proven expertise in consumer ticketing systems, architecture, and integrations.Deep understanding of mobile/web ecosystems, content workflows, and CMS platforms.Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA, and iterative product launches.Effective cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills.Familiarity with iOS/Android release cycles, hybrid applications, and digital analytics.Prior experience with Disney digital platforms or ecosystem is highly preferred.Education & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Product, Digital Strategy, Technology, or equivalent industry experience.Background in entertainment tech, digital agencies, or eCommerce product environments is a plus.Thanks & Best Regards,Sivaji Katta
