This individual serves as a subject matter expert for digital strategy and techniques. Educates and advises others on appropriate use of digital solutions including market segmentation, prospecting, lead generation, customer acquisition and development.

Review competitive landscape for customer needs. Digital Enabler. Provides Marketing Support to IT and Customer Ops Teams.
