Senior Digital Communications Manager

Owning the email marketing strategy, the fully remote Senior Digital Communications Manager will develop automated, data-driven journeys and manage audience segmentation to enhance client engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the email channel strategy and lifecycle communications framework Design, build, and optimize automated email journeys and triggered communications Establish KPIs and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in email marketing efforts Required Qualifications 6-9+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, email, or related marketing disciplines Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end lifecycle and email strategies Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and marketing automation Hands-on expertise with modern marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
