Senior DFT Engineer — SoC Test Architect

Triwill Group in the United States is seeking a DFT Engineer to own key aspects of DFT implementation for advanced SoC designs.

You will drive DFT features to achieve high test coverage while optimizing test time and power, collaborating with RTL, Verification, Physical Design and Test teams.

Responsibilities include ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, scan insertion, BSCAN/JTAG/IJTAG, DFT STA, pattern generation, silicon bring-up, and post-silicon debugging.
