Senior DFT Engineer, Cloud-Scale SoCs

Amazon is seeking an ASIC DFT Design Engineer in Austin, TX to design and optimize test architectures for advanced SoCs, including AI accelerators used in AWS Inferentia and Trainium.

You will collaborate with block designers and PD teams, perform RTL coding in Verilog/SystemVerilog, and use DFT tools to achieve high coverage and efficient test patterns.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical/Communications Engineering, 5+ years of DFT experience, and scripting ability in Python/Perl.
