You will collaborate with technical resources as well as product and business stakeholders to develop deployment pipelines that meet desired timelines. You will also:Lead projects or work streamsBe accountable for your work and sometimes others, provide process and standards advice in your area of specializationWork independentlyServe as an advisor for colleagues with less experienceResponsibilitiesDevOps Architecture:Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and AWS applicationsImplement automated deployment and release management processes using modern DevOps toolsEstablish best practices for version control, branching strategies, and code integrationDeployment & Release Management:Manage Salesforce and AWS deployments across development, sandbox, staging, and production environmentsCoordinate release schedules and ensure smooth production deploymentsDevelop rollback strategies and deployment monitoring proceduresAutomation & Quality:Implement automated testing and validation in deployment pipelinesIntegrate static code analysis and quality checks into CI/CD processesImprove delivery speed while maintaining reliability and governanceEnvironment Management:Maintain consistency across Salesforce orgs and environmentsManage configuration, metadata deployments, and environment provisioningProactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and OptimizerAdminister and support installed AppExchange applicationsIdentify unused or underutilized platform features for periodic clean-upsRespond to user support ticketsManage and improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as neededCollaboration & Leadership:Work closely with Salesforce developers, tech leads, and architectsCollaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholdersMentor junior engineers on DevOps best practicesPromote DevOps culture and continuous improvement within the Salesforce and AWS engineering team Business KnowledgeBusiness KnowledgeAble to work directly with product and business partnersCan articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutionsQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Salesforce and/or AWS development engineeringStrong experience with Salesforce development and deployment frameworksSalesforce or AWS certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps-related)Experience with Salesforce and AWS DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABITExperience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, or GitHub ActionsExpertise in version control systems such as GitFamiliarity with Agile and DevOps methodologiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred:Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)FINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.What To Expect After Applying1.
