Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Qorali are looking for a highly skilled individual that has a strong background in cloud environments, containerization, IaC and level 2 technical support skills.
This role is focused within level 2 support in the organization, allowing you to experience a variety of technologies and challenges which will allow for strong professional growth.
Expectations for role
- Manage a hybrid cloud environment while supporting applications such as AWS to optimize performance, cost‑efficiency, and security.
- Experience with Kubernetes clusters to deploy, scale and manage containerized applications.
- Experience in different DevOps tools to configure ServiceNow platforms to support other IT workflows and automate incident management.
- Level 2 technical support for complex problems involving troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure and application performance related to software engineering.
- Integrated with multiple teams like deployment, SRE, and software development teams.
- Monitoring logging solutions with comprehensive understanding, with a proactive approach to optimize system health and resolve issues.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in cloud engineering with AWS
- Substantial experience with troubleshooting and looking at log files to gather and monitor data for analysis.
- Comfortable with containerization using Kubernetes
- First‑hand experience using ServiceNow
- Ability to enhance the environment within Level 2 technical support for a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
- Problem‑solving, communication skills, and analytical mindset.
