Providing technical leadership and hands-on software development support, the full-time salaried Senior Developer will enhance and sustain the U.S. Navy's Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) while ensuring secure and reliable software solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications for manpower and organizational management Implement software updates and perform integration, validation, and regression testing to ensure system stability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with mission needs and participate in Agile development activities Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in developing and sustaining enterprise-scale software applications Hands-on experience with database-driven web applications, preferably in Oracle-based environments Experience supporting applications in secure Government environments Experience with database migration tools such as Flyway or Liquibase Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline preferred, along with a minimum of eight years of professional experience
