Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain software applications using C# and the .NET technology stack.
- Develop and enhance web-based features with ASP.NET and JavaScript to support business needs.
- Partner with team members to create and refine custom solutions for client-facing and internal applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and ongoing improvement efforts to strengthen software quality.
- Support the evolution of existing systems and contribute to new development initiatives as priorities change.
- Learn project-specific platforms and tools, including ERP-related environments when applicable.
- Work onsite with the development team in Norton Shores, Michigan to help drive timely project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework.
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET for web application development.
- Familiarity with JavaScript for front-end or web functionality enhancements.
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar development environments is a plus.
