Senior Data EngineerThis isn't a traditional data engineering role focused solely on building pipelines and moving data from one system to another. This is a highly visible engineering position where you'll directly influence how business leaders make decisions across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Store Operations.As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll help shape Floor & Decor's modern data platform while driving the company's migration from a legacy enterprise data warehouse to Databricks on Azure. You'll partner closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, architects, and platform engineers to design scalable data products, solve complex business challenges, and deliver trusted data that powers critical decisions across the organization.This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and business partnership.
