Senior DeveloperWe are seeking a Senior Developer to join our growing professional services team. As a developer, you will play a key role in the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of information systems. You will work collaboratively within an agile, DevSecOps-oriented team and implement solutions using cutting-edge platforms and technologies including cloud services, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI/ML.What You’ll DoConduct requirements analysis and participate in grooming sessions to design and develop software solutions.Design system architecture and databases, and develop technical components.Perform full-stack development and maintain custom-built software applications.Test and debug software using established QA methodologies.Evaluate and select software development tools and languages.Provide production support including problem analysis and solution development for supported applications.Stay current with emerging software development practices and technologies.Collaborate with the development and system administration teams to develop, monitor, and support CI/CD pipelines.Take ownership of development work and ensure rigorous quality control.Experience & Education RequirementsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in Information Technology with hands-on experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments.Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including:.NET, C#SharePoint OnlinePower Apps, Power Automate, Power BIAzure cloud and on-premises environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work within a creative team and present technical ideas confidently.Strong coding and software development abilities.Interest in technological trends and the ability to meet deadlines while thinking strategically.
