Senior Designer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking three Senior Print/Graphic Designers for a top global consumer-products client. These designers will join a rapidly growing internal creative studio responsible for high-visibility work across retail, digital, email/CRM, social media, experiential events, training, and consumer-facing collateral. Each designer will partner closely with an Art Director to translate key visuals into polished, modern creative across a wide range of formats and channels. The ideal candidates bring agency-caliber design skills, strong portfolios, excellent stakeholder communication, and the autonomy to deliver sophisticated work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of senior-level graphic design experience; ideal LATAM profiles may have 10–15 years of experienceHigh-caliber portfolio demonstrating modern, current consumer-brand designExtensive experience across both print and digital designStrong Adobe Creative Cloud expertiseStrong Figma expertiseExperience working in a fast-paced agency or high-volume creative studioAbility to translate and adapt key visuals across multiple dimensions, specifications, and channelsExperience developing branded collateral for retail, web, email/CRM, social media, events, training, and customer-facing environmentsAbility to work autonomously with limited hand-holdingExperience collaborating directly with an Art Director and executing against established creative directionStrong client and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to manage a high volume of simultaneous creative projectsPortfolio showing depth across recognizable brands, varied projects, and strong design qualityPrevious leadership, mentorship, or design-team guidance experienceExperiential-event design, environmental graphics, or popup activation experiencePackaging or product-design experienceMotion design, animation, or animator-direction experienceStoryboarding experienceIllustration capabilitiesAdvanced typography and type-exploration workExperience using AI tools for mood boarding, ideation, or animationExperience improving creative workflows, systems, and processesExperience participating in vendor-facing creative discussions
