A leading brand design agency in New York wants a Senior Designer to take the creative lead on several branding and packaging projects at once. You’ll support the Design Director, guide younger designers and be the clients’ go-to creative partner.

- Lead multiple projects and narrow concepts down to the strongest ideas
- Link strategy to creative so the work has a clear purpose
- Pitch and present with confidence
- Mentor and coach designers
- Step up to run the team when the Design Director is away
- Build trust with clients and help their brands grow
