Senior Designer, Industrial Capital Projects Lead

Ergon Inc. in Flowood, Mississippi is seeking a Senior Designer to lead drafting and design on capital projects across a national asphalt network.

You will develop 2D drawings and 3D models, coordinate disciplines, and ensure constructible, code-compliant deliverables. You will perform clash detection, translate field conditions into accurate design solutions, review junior designers' work, and support field walkdowns and RFIs.
