Contribute senior design expertise to structured, recorded remote research sessions that help inform AI design tooling. Depending on your fit, you may share your own design decision-making as an interview participant or conduct the interview with another expert.
Role Overview- Explain how you approach design problems, assess craft quality, deliver critique, and determine when work is ready to ship.
- Participate in or lead structured remote interviews, with preparation beforehand and a short review afterward.
- Senior-level experience in product design, UX, brand, or a related craft discipline.
- A well-developed perspective on design quality, critique, and shipping standards.
- A portfolio you can share, preferably through a website link.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Each task or interview requires approximately 4 to 5 hours, including preparation and follow-up review.
- $250 per hour.
- Submit only portfolio work that you are permitted to share publicly. Do not include confidential, unreleased, or NDA-covered materials.
- Submitted portfolios are used only to assess fit for the research study and will not be used for model training.
