Senior Design Talent Partner & Recruitment Leader

Brex is seeking a design recruiting leader to partner with hiring managers and design leadership, shaping team needs and role requirements across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. You will source, engage, and assess top design talent through diverse channels while managing the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.

You will also track metrics, ensure fair evaluation practices, and promote Brex's employer brand within the design community, including representing
