Senior Design Leader, Payments & Fulfillment

Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager for Payments and Fulfillment within the Marketplace Trust group. You will lead as a design manager across two foundational areas, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, Brand, and Design Systems to drive strategy and craft.

You will mentor designers, champion craft and systems thinking, and align senior stakeholders around vision, tradeoffs, and roadmaps, ensuring a consistent One Etsy experience for buyers and sellers.
