What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a multi-site design engineering team
- Drive product design, tooling, and commercialization efforts
- Standardize engineering processes and improve execution
- Partner with operations, tooling, sales, and project teams
- Mentor engineers and build the next generation of leaders
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Engineering leadership experience in thermoforming and/or injection molding
- Strong background in product design, tooling, and new product development
- Experience leading technical teams across multiple locations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Approximately 25% travel
