Senior Delivery Manager (Fully Remote)

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase engagements, managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and define tracking/reporting of delivery KPIs.
• Support QA/UAT and coordinate production readiness and transitions.

AI Enablement:

• Implement the AI Development Life Cycle across engagements and set the standard for AI-augmented delivery.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers on model risk, data readiness, and evaluation strategy.
• Coach delivery teams on shipping AI products, using AI to accelerate delivery, and running agentic processes.

Leadership & Influence:

• Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Coach junior delivery managers with concrete feedback and stretch opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
