We are looking for a dynamic professional to take on a dual role as Scrum Master and SQL Developer (PostgreSQL) . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PostgreSQL and advanced SQL development , including data modeling , query optimization , and performance tuning of large-scale database systems. As Scrum Master, will lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), facilitate sprint execution , remove team impediments , and track team progress using Agile tools like Jira. Will coach the team on Agile best practices , ensure delivery of high-quality, incremental value , and collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders .
