The Opportunity

We are hiring a dynamic, detail-minded Data Scientist to support the Creators segment on Adobe.com. Creators are a key growth area for Adobe, and this role will help shape how web performance drives meaningful business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate brings an outstanding blend of analytics, technical depth, and storytelling ability—someone who translates complex data into actionable insights for cross‑functional partners. This individual is equally comfortable presenting executive‑ready narratives as they are diving deep into clickstream and experimentation data, connecting multiple data sources, and building scalable reporting solutions that help teams move faster and make better decisions.

In this role, you will drive performance insight throughout user acquisition, engagement, experimentation, and conversion. You will analyze customer journeys end‑to‑end, uncover friction and growth opportunities, and support site optimization initiatives through rigorous experimentation analysis and behavioral diagnostics.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Web Performance analytics for the Creators business on Adobe.com.
  • Deliver a clear, end‑to‑end view of performance across the customer journey and identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through structured analysis.
  • Conduct hands‑on analysis using Adobe Analytics and SQL to generate actionable insights.
  • Apply statistical thinking when conducting and interpreting A/B test results to inform optimization decisions.
  • Partner with Product teams to strengthen experimentation strategy and measurement.
  • Build and refine key performance indicators, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions that empower teams.
  • Present findings in a clear and compelling way that drives action.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product Analytics, Engineering, and cross‑functional partners to incorporate broader business context.
  • Facilitate weekly prioritization discussions and support focused, transparent decision‑making.

What You Need to Succeed

Education

  • A BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.

Experience

  • 6‑8+ years of experience in web analytics, experimentation, data science, or related data roles.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Experience conducting hands‑on analysis of A/B test data, including validating statistical significance and translating results into optimization recommendations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with clickstream data.
  • Experience leading analytics projects from scoping through delivery.
  • Experience working across cross‑functional teams.

Pay Range

U.S. pay range for this position: $133,100 – $236,400 annually (California: $163,200 – $236,400).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of new‑hire equity awards.
