What you’ll do
- Identify and source relevant data across multiple business domains while ensuring data quality and analytical suitability.
- Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using statistical and machine learning methods to address complex business challenges.
- Partner with stakeholders to convert business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows that support model deployment and ongoing analytics.
- Build clear, insightful data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and influence decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and help promote best practices in data science and analytics methodologies.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical methods for developing and deploying analytical models.
- Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools including Matplotlib , Plotly , and Tableau .
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, data quality standards, and data governance principles.
- Expertise in model assessment, validation, and tuning using advanced statistical techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions with a strong grasp of business context.
- Experience with natural language processing and large language modeling applications.
- Proven skills in coding, testing, and deploying scalable data science solutions in production environments.

Minimum qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of experience in an analytics related field.
- Option 2: Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year of experience in an analytics related field.
- Option 3: 5 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in data science, machine learning, optimization models; and/or a Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics.
- Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
- Experience using open source frameworks (for example, scikit-learn, tensorflow, torch).
- Knowledge of inclusive digital experiences, including implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for this position is USD 108,000 - 216,000 , with additional compensation including stock. Benefits include:
