Senior Data Scientist On Content + SocialAs a Senior Data Scientist on Content + Social, you'll build the analytical foundation for how people discover, listen to, share, and engage with music on Suno. You'll partner across three product areas — content experiences (listening, playlisting, and feed), social (shaping what community and interaction look like on Suno), and artists + creators (understanding what makes creators successful and how we amplify their work). This is a high-impact role where you'll set the strategy for how we measure and grow these interconnected experiences, working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners on everything from strategy to execution.Responsibilities include:Building comprehensive frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content and each other and design experiments to improve these experiencesShaping the analytical approach for our emerging social experiences, helping define what healthy social engagement looks like on a music platform and how to measure itDeveloping a deep understanding of creator and artist success which will drive our creator programs and incentivesSurface insights that connect content, social, and creator dynamicsCollaborating closely with product, business, and music functionsContributing to building strong data foundations as part of our awesome data science teamRequirements include:5+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with experience in content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystemsAdvanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modelingExperience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendationsStrategic thinking about content ecosystems and platform healthExcellent communication and collaborationA self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learningBonus: Background in music, creator monetization, social products, or content discovery platformsAdditional Notes: Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $200K – $250K + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)Perks & BenefitsCompany Equity Package401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)11 Paid Holidays + Unlimited PTO & Sick Time16 Weeks of Paid Parental LeaveCreative Education StipendGenerous Commuter AllowanceIn-Office Lunch (5 days per week)Suno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
