What you’ll be doing
- Architecting and delivering advanced ML and AI-driven solutions
- Designing scalable data products, including real-time systems
- Partnering with business leaders to identify high-value use cases
- Leading development of LLM-based systems and RAG pipelines

- Mentoring and enabling other data scientists

What you’ll need
- Advanced degree or equivalent deep industry experience
- 6-10 years of experience delivering production ML systems
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
- Experience designing scalable, cloud-based architectures
- Strong business acumen
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability
