Job Description:



The Senior Data Scientist will lead advanced data science initiatives focused on transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights. The role involves developing machine learning models, statistical analyses, predictive algorithms, and data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics and artificial intelligence can improve business performance.


The position requires strong experience working with structured and unstructured data, designing experiments, evaluating model performance, and deploying analytical solutions into production environments. The Senior Data Scientist will also mentor junior data scientists, establish analytical best practices, and contribute to the organization's long-term data and AI strategy.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive models.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify meaningful trends and patterns.

  • Design statistical experiments and evaluate business outcomes.

  • Build forecasting, classification, recommendation, and optimization models.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize data science solutions.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical presentations for stakeholders.


Required Skills:



  • Python, R, SQL, and advanced statistical analysis.

  • Machine learning and deep learning.

  • TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.

  • Data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
