Senior Data Operations Associate

Leading the preparation and quality control of healthcare data submissions, the full-time Senior Data Operations Associate will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions to CMS while coordinating team activities and conducting quality assurance checks in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end audit file submission process, including validation and final uploads via the CMS portal Coordinate day-to-day work activities of team members to meet submission priorities and quality standards Conduct detailed quality assurance checks on all files to ensure compliance with CMS specifications Required qualifications Proven experience in healthcare data submissions or health information operations, preferably in a Medicare Advantage environment Strong organizational skills with experience managing high-volume workflows under tight deadlines Ability to troubleshoot technical submission errors and collaborate effectively with IT teams Experience working with offshore resources or distributed teams, effectively communicating task requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
