To support data security initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Data Loss Prevention Analyst will lead investigations into data loss incidents, design and tune DLP policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate insider risks. Key responsibilities: Lead complex data loss investigations from alert to closure, focusing on potential insider risks Design, build, and tune DLP policies and detection rules in Microsoft Purview Collaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Privacy on investigations and prepare findings for diverse audiences Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field with 6 years of experience; or Master's Degree with 5 years; or PhD with no experience Experience in information security, particularly in data loss prevention or insider risk Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Insider Risk Management Demonstrated proficiency in Splunk for security investigations Strong understanding of data classification and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
