- Strong core data science and machine learning experience
- Solid Python + scikit-learn + deep learning framework skills
- Experience with scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Hands-on experience delivering real-world data science and machine learning solutions
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and model evaluation
- Practical experience building or supporting LLM / Generative AI use cases
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and LLM evaluation
- And strong ability to work across business and technical teams
Preferred candidates will also bring
- MLOps / cloud / deployment experience
- Experience in regulated or manufacturing/pharma settings
- Practical delivery of production GenAI applications
