Must-Haves
- 4+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
- Experience delivering multiple production-grade cloud data platform implementations
- Advanced Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark with some exposure to Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, CDC, streaming, governance, and performance optimization
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment strategies
- Experience contributing to solution design and architectural decisions
- Experience leading technical implementation activities and/or mentoring engineers
- At least oneAssociate-level or higher AWS, Azure, or GCP certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
- Experience with Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Google BigQuery.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
