As a key liaison within the VBC Interoperability team, the full-time Senior Data Engineer (North Carolina) will work remotely to manage relationships with stakeholders, ensure data integrity, and design care gap integration solutions across Epic instances. Key responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful integration and data management Design and execute EHR development tasks while aligning with integration and development team goals Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents and process flow diagrams for Epic instances Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment working with business stakeholders and technical teams, particularly in Risk or Quality 2+ years of Epic experience with certifications in Healthy Planet, Clarity, Caboodle, and/or SQL Hands-on experience with data integration methods and Epic data ingestion processes Experience implementing enterprise AI tools or automated workflow solutions Proven experience with clinical workflows and healthcare business processes related to risk and quality
