We are seeking an expert Senior Data Developer with a strong database background and passion for understanding and improving on our data to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This is a fast-paced team that is passionate about designing, implementing, and maintaining a wide variety of processes, platforms, and products for our clients.The expertise and skills you bring include:5+ years in technology with 3 years in developing and deploying data solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing documentationExcellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organizationAbility to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast paced environmentSystems analysis background with an emphasis on legacy process decomposition and debugging/tuning/refactoringStrong understanding of data analysis concepts and associated tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, etc.QA / Testing must be highly proficient in QA and testing methodologies/concepts with a demonstratable level of expertiseComfortable working within an Agile frameworkExtensive experience with SQL required; knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, and SQLMI preferredHands-on experience with ETL and ELT; InformaticaExperience with Python or other scripting languages.Experience with cloud database technologies such as Snowflake, Azure SQL or MySQL databases.Any combination of the following is a plus:A passion to design and implement single and multi-tenant data solutions using various database design and data modelling best practices.Experience building scalable and robust data solutions for websites using a range of technologiesBusiness Intelligence development experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.Project management experienceThe team:Fidelity Workplace Consulting (FWC) is composed of over 400 professionals who advise clients on the management of their domestic and global benefits.
