Senior Data & Compute Sourcing Lead

Genesis in the United States is developing a zero-to-one data and compute sourcing function. You will own datasets, partners, licensing, and the end-to-end vendor process to support our growing AI initiatives.

You will manage capacity planning, negotiate MSAs, and build the governance framework to keep data and GPUs flowing as we scale. This role requires deep negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
