Senior Data and BI Analyst

Owning end-to-end reporting, the full-time Senior Data and BI Analyst will manage data models, metric definitions, and dashboards for healthcare payment dispute resolution while working remotely from Latin America. Key responsibilities Build and maintain internal reporting for operational metrics and payment reconciliation Design and deliver self-service reporting for enterprise clients to enhance their data access Model data in the analytics warehouse and ensure the accuracy of metrics through reconciliation with source systems Required qualifications Expertise in SQL with experience in complex analytical queries and performance optimization Hands-on experience with data warehousing technologies such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery Proven ability in dimensional and semantic modeling for reporting layers Experience in client-facing reporting with appropriate scoping and access controls Familiarity with data governance in regulated environments, including HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance
