To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time Senior Data and Analytics Manager will oversee data collection, management, and analysis while building reliable dashboards and reporting tools, all within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own the measurement and monitoring of organizational goals through defining metrics and ensuring their visibility and reliability Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and BI tools for non-technical teams, proactively surfacing trends and opportunities Collaborate with various teams to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for stakeholders and funders Required qualifications Strong hands-on SQL skills and significant experience in data analysis and modeling tools (dbt) Proven experience building dashboards and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau) for non-technical audiences Direct experience in the nonprofit or impact sector, particularly with program data evaluation and grant reporting Ability to translate complex data analysis into clear narratives for leadership and external partners Experience working collaboratively across teams and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
