Senior Data Analytics Manager

Leading a team of experienced analysts, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Manager will manage actionable analysis across eCommerce, health, and supply chain, partnering with senior leaders while advancing AI-native analytics initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 5 analysts and data scientists, focusing on prioritization and coaching Own a portfolio of actionable analysis to drive insights and recommendations for eCommerce and supply chain operations Define KPI and reporting standards while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and the executive team Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a high-growth consumer technology or e-commerce environment Deep understanding of eCommerce or retail analytics, including key performance indicators related to inventory and fulfillment Experience managing and mentoring analysts, with a focus on delivering high-impact work Strong knowledge of AI-native analytics and self-serve analytics infrastructure Proven ability to build relationships with senior business leaders and influence strategic priorities
