Supporting federal healthcare clients, the fully remote Senior Data Analyst will apply advanced analytical and research methodologies to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights, focusing on Medicaid and CHIP programs while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and analyze Medicaid and CHIP data sources to identify patterns and inform policy and operational improvements Perform data analysis using statistical methods and predictive modeling to uncover trends and generate actionable insights Develop and deliver reports and data visualizations that help clients interpret complex information and support decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience applying statistical methods and analytical techniques to support data-driven decision-making Strong experience conducting complex analyses using large healthcare datasets to evaluate program performance and identify trends Hands-on experience with SQL, PySpark, or comparable technologies for data analytics Direct experience with Medicaid and CHIP data assets, including T-MSIS Analytic Files and CMS performance monitoring tools
