Senior Data Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Handle analytic needs across internal teams and clients, from quick questions to multi-month engagements.
• Work with healthcare data to produce reliable, documented datasets and analyses.
• Deliver insights that drive decision making for value-based care programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's plus 3 years analytics experience or master's with research.
• Strong SQL and Python/R skills, plus BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with healthcare code sets and data structures.
