THE ROLE

You will bridge business and data teams to turn complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. You will perform business analysis, data profiling, data validation, reporting, and advanced analytics while leveraging SQL, Python, AWS, and Snowflake to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and analytical frameworks
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
• Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Build and optimize datasets, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Develop Python-based analytics and automation solutions
• Work with Snowflake and AWS data platforms to support enterprise analytics initiatives
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to drive data quality and governance
• Support UAT, business process improvements, and reporting initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership

WHAT YOU BRING

Must Haves

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or related fields
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management experience
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, data validation, and performance optimization
• Hands-on Python experience for data analysis, automation, and reporting
• Strong experience with Snowflake data warehouse
• Experience working with AWS data ecosystem
• Expertise in data profiling, ETL processes, data quality, and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Good to Have

• Banking, Financial Services, or Payments domain experience
• Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other visualization tools
• Data modeling and dimensional modeling experience
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, or Big Data technologies
• AWS or Snowflake certifications
