This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate upstream data sources, develop technical requirements, and ensure accurate data ingestion into the Cyber Data Warehouse (CyberDW).
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data development teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and alignment with operational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reporting toolsAnalyze data trends, patterns, and business performance metricsScrub and validate upstream source system data before loading into CyberDWDevelop and document technical requirementsPartner with stakeholders and data engineering teams to understand source systemsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and quality standardsSupport reporting and dashboard development initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in Data Analysis or related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel and BI toolsExperience analyzing large datasets in enterprise environmentsStrong attention to detail and data validation skillsAbility to interpret data within a business contextExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Exposure to SQL and relational databasesProficiency in PythonExperience with data visualization tools such as:TableauPower BIGoogle Data StudioIf you are an experienced Data Analyst with strong data validation and stakeholder collaboration experience and are open to a hybrid opportunity in Charlotte, we encourage you to apply.
