Senior Data Analyst, Canada

To support the growth of the GTM Analytics team, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, while working remotely to enhance data modeling and contribute to the development of an innovative BI-as-code platform. Key responsibilities Deliver analysis on pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance, and retention metrics Build and maintain dbt models and ensure data quality and documentation for Sales, Marketing, and CS domains Contribute to the Lighthouse platform by defining and enhancing dashboards, metrics, and workflows using AI technologies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics/BI, particularly supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions Expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling Familiarity with Salesforce as a data source and understanding of CRM data structures Experience with modern BI tools and a genuine interest in agentic analytics and AI applications Strong communication skills to present recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
