Senior D365 Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Senior D365 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to work across both technical and functional requirements, including business analysis, development, testing, and techno-functional consulting.

Key Responsibility

• Provide techno-functional consulting for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work on development, customization, testing, and implementation.
• Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate for business process automation.
• Work with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Use Azure DevOps for development and deployment processes.
• Apply Python and AI/ML capabilities where required.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
