We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support the next phase of our Dynamics 365 implementation. This role will focus primarily on Dynamics 365 Sales and will also provide ongoing maintenance and support for the existing production environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Support and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales functionality
- Develop and maintain plug‑ins, portals, and custom components
- Build and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture and core capabilities
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE development, configuration, customization, and administration
- Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in user stories, process maps, user journey maps, and related business analysis artifacts
