Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant – Manufacturing & Warehousing

Compensation: $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Remote (US-Based with Travel)

A Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in manufacturing and warehouse management. This is an opportunity to lead full-cycle BC implementations across mid-market and enterprise clients, working remotely with occasional travel to client sites across the US. In this client-facing leadership role, you’ll guide customers from requirements through to go-live, delivering robust, scalable solutions tailored to manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and document business requirements, with a focus on manufacturing and warehouse processes
• Design and implement Business Central solutions across Production, MRP, Warehousing, and Inventory
• Configure and customise Business Central in alignment with client needs
• Deliver end-user training, UAT support, and post-implementation guidance
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on process improvement and ERP best practices

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience delivering D365 Business Central/NAV solutions
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementations in manufacturing and warehousing environments
• Expertise in Production Orders, BOMs, Routing, MRP, Advanced Warehousing, and Inventory Management
• Strong consulting background with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft Partner or VAR experience highly desirable
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central are a strong plus

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary of $125,000 + performance bonus + benefits (healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and professional development support)

Location

Remote within the US, with travel to client sites as required (fully reimbursed).
