Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and technical leadership in the specialties and subspecialties of cytotechnology.
- Perform a broad range of tests, including non‑routine analysis.
Qualifications
- Science‑based bachelor’s or associate’s degree.
- At least five years of experience in cytotechnology, or three years plus one year of specialty training at an accredited school, or graduation from an accredited school with a bachelor’s or associate’s degree (these conditions are interchangeable).
- Professional knowledge of cytotechnology principles, concepts, and methodology.
Hours
Shift varies—work as a senior cytotechnologist per diem.
Compensation
$85,000–$104,000 per year.
