Leading project execution for Global Cybersecurity Services, the remote contract Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager will manage program delivery across multiple security domains, ensuring clear ownership, defined scope, and effective communication while establishing governance practices for a Security PMO. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project and program execution, including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking Establish and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and reporting practices Produce executive-ready reports on program health, risks, and outcomes while facilitating cross-team coordination Required Qualifications 8+ years of program and project management experience in cybersecurity or IT Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across diverse technical teams Familiarity with key cybersecurity domains such as Security Operations, Governance & Risk, and Compliance Experience in establishing or maturing a PMO or portfolio governance function Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
