Owning product cybersecurity frameworks and coordinating high-value initiatives, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager will enhance program health and deliver effective services to internal customers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and assess product cybersecurity frameworks and maturity models to identify gaps and prioritize improvements Coordinate complex initiatives requiring technical analysis, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution Define and track KPIs to evaluate program health and performance, translating technical information into actionable recommendations Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles or at a cybersecurity company Demonstrated experience in technical program management, consulting, or security engineering Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and maturity models, such as NIST CSF or BSIMM Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Jira or Git Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
